Marc Marquez is ready to wrap up a remarkable seventh MotoGP title very soon if he can continue a historic run of form.
Depending on how the next few races go for his brother, Alex, he might claim the crown at the same time as matching his consecutive wins record from back in 2014.
Ducati have given him an incredible bike this year, and it’s why he boasts such a strong lead at the top of the MotoGP standings.
Generations of fans and riders have been re-educated about how devastating Marquez can be on two wheels, and it’s something that must be appreciated.
Alex Marquez disagrees with Marc about a potential promotion to his team in the future. He’s enjoying being at Gresini too much.
Amid potential boos at Misano, Marquez wants his ‘match point’ at Japan or Indonesia as he nears another remarkable achievement. Something like this may never be seen again.

Marc Marquez has done something Luigi Dall’Igna has ‘never’ seen at Ducati in 2025
There is one ‘difference’ between Marquez’s performances at Ducati compared to Honda, as he now has better machinery than ever.
It may be making his life slightly easier, but he has Luigi Dall’Igna to thank for that, who is a genius when it comes to designing a fast bike.
The Italian has been jubilant for the majority of the season, watching on as his rider notches result after result.
Dall’Igna has been left so shocked by it that he has informed MOTOSAN of how special Marquez is compared to his rivals.
“Marc is having a stellar season,” he said. “I had never seen anyone do something like that. Marc in 2014 won the first ten races and it is clear that he is one who can do this kind of thing.”

Why Marc Marquez is currently on the most impressive run of his career so far
Marquez might have lost ‘explosiveness’ at Honda, but he’s still performing at the highest level he has ever delivered. Since eradicating mistakes, he has been almost faultless.
The most impressive part of his current form has been the seven Grands Prix and Sprint victories taken since before the summer break.
It shows how devastating his speed can be on a variety of circuits, including ones he doesn’t particularly like or suit either. He picked up where he left off in August, and it looks like he hasn’t missed a beat.
Marquez would be ‘crazy’ to return to Honda in the future, but if he dominates that much over the next few seasons, he may look to end his career with his biggest challenge yet heading into the new regulations.
