Dall’Igna took charge of Ducati in November 2013 after a successful tenure at Aprilia in World Superbikes, in which the Italian oversaw two manufacturers’ titles and Max Biaggi’s two riders’ titles. His tenure at Ducati turned the Bologna Bullets into the dominant MotoGP team and also returned their first riders’ title since Casey Stoner in 2007 with Francesco Bagnaia in 2022.
