Pramac team manager Gino Borsoi has once again praised the character of Jack Miller despite the Australian’s impending departure.
While official confirmation hasn’t yet arrived, it’s expected that Miller will lose his seat, with Izan Guevara stepping up from Moto2 to become Toprak Razgatlioglu’s new teammate.
Miller joined Pramac at the start of 2025 after losing his KTM seat and will be fondly remembered at the team for his selfless contribution to Yamaha’s development at the end of the inline four era and the start of the V4 project.

Gino Borsoi feels blessed to have ‘very polite’ riders at Pramac
Borsoi says the Pramac pair aren’t like most MotoGP riders. While they share the same ‘madness’, they don’t have the kind of bravado that can make them ‘difficult’ to manage.
Like last year, Pramac are bottom of the teams’ standings, having scored just 31 points in the first half of the season, but the atmosphere internally remains positive.
“First of all, I want to reiterate that Toprak is a great person, easy and enjoyable to work with,” Borsoi said, via Motosprint. “He’s a professional who also manages to be a team player.

“He’s very polite, and it’s not easy to find very polite riders, but that’s normal given that everyone wants to show they’re the best, and it also takes a bit of madness in this world. These things don’t always go together, and you can find a difficult personality to manage.
“However, I have to say that both Toprak and Miller are a bit of an anomaly in this paddock, and I’m pleased to have them on the team.”
Miller has been more vocal about Yamaha’s shortcomings since news of his imminent exit emerged, but he has still shielded the brand from negativity for the most part. The damning soundbites have predominantly come from the factory riders.
On the other side of the garage, Razgatlioglu has been intensely self-critical during his rookie season. Only when he has fully adapted will he be in a position to demand more performance.
Razgatlioglu is already under contract for 2027, while Miller has been linked with World Superbikes, formerly his teammate’s domain.
