Peter Bom believes Marco Bezzecchi slapping a marshal revealed MotoGP riders’ impatience problem
Speaking on the Oxley Bom podcast, Peter Bom discussed Marco Bezzecchi’s violent outburst towards a marshal, and why he did what he did.

“I think he’s unlucky in the sense that he will be an example, probably. We can never know what race direction was thinking… He shouldn’t have done it. He was probably more frustrated than anything else.
“I’m still surprised by the reaction of riders, even in a sprint race or the last five minutes of qualifying, they really want to get back on the bike, even when there are no wheels on it…
“It’s just adrenaline… They are an example for everybody, and for younger people. Sorry, there is no defence.”
