Marc Marquez applauds Dani Pedrosa’s legendary performance at Brno for showing him how to win
Speaking to DAZN Spain after the race, Marc Marquez was joined by his former teammate-turned-DAZN analyst Dani Pedrosa.
Marquez harkened back to the 2013 and 2014 Czech Grandes Prix, where Dani Pedrosa pushed him to his first win at the track, and his brilliant 2014 win and how it inspired him to perform at Brno.
“Dani Pedrosa gave me a masterclass here in 2013 and 2014, I remember it perfectly. How he lifted the bike and how he went from one corner to another.
“It’s one of the right-handed circuits where the new asphalt helps me, because it allows me to go very precisely.
“But you have to know how to endure and suffer; sometimes the one who resists the most wins and not the one who has the most.”

Marc Marquez attempting to mount generational championship comeback
What once looked like an insurmountable gap between Marc Marquez and Marco Bezzecchi this season has now been whittled down to just 40 points.
Bezzecchi’s unacceptable incident with a marshal after his crash yesterday earned him a race ban, thus marking the second straight race where he earned zero points.
Even with Marquez being in a diminished state recently, he has managed to win two races on the bounce and cut into the deficit between the two.
The last two races have appeared to be a momentum shift, with Marquez now being in the driver’s seat in the championship race.
