Jack Miller has now decided which World Superbike team he will be taking his talents to in 2027 after failing to secure a ride on the MotoGP grid, according to a report.

The curtain has reportedly been called on Jack Miller’s career in the premier class, with his current campaign with the Yamaha-backed Pramac Racing outfit now expected to be his last atop prototype machinery.

Does Jack Miller still have the talent to fight further up the grid?

Miller just about managed to secure a ride this season due to his prowess in bike development and Yamaha’s struggles with their new engine configuration, but the Japanese brand reportedly has something else in store for the Australian in 2027.

Jack Miller set to be ‘reallocated’ to Yamaha’s World Superbike team for 2027

Speaking via Sky Sports Italy’s coverage of this weekend’s German Grand Prix, MotoGP journalist Rosario Triolo confirmed that Miller will be relinquishing his seat at Pramac in MotoGP for a World Superbike ride with Yamaha next year.

What is Jack Miller’s best MotoGP race win?

Let us know why in the comments!

The report comes after months of speculation over the 31-year-old’s future in the premier class. While his results this year have been far from optimal, it’s fair to say that Miller has been hamstrung by the poor performance of Yamaha’s M1.

Miller will be one of four riders on the 2026 grid who are expected to lose their seats in favour of new talent, with KTM’s Brad Binder, Tech3’s Maverick Vinales, and VR46’s Franco Morbidelli also on their way out of MotoGP.

Triolo also noted that confirmation of Luca Marini’s move to Tech3 for next year is expected after the conclusion of the current race weekend, with VR46’s signing of World Superbike star Nicolo Bulega also imminent, provided they refine some contract details.

Moto2 rivals Senna Agius and Manuel Gonzalez are competing for the final seat alongside Marini at Tech3, with the latter currently holding the top spot in the intermediate class’s riders’ standings.

Agius has been tipped for greatness due to the many comparisons that he’s drawn to compatriot Casey Stoner, while Gonzalez has been on the radar of many MotoGP teams following his impressive performances over the three years he has competed in Moto2.
