Jack Miller and Toprak Razgatlioglu launched the 2026 MotoGP season in style with a hair-raising display of bike control during a show run on the streets of Kuala Lumpur.

Following the conclusion of the inaugural pre-season test in Sepang, the MotoGP grid congregated in Kuala Lumpur to launch the upcoming campaign with passionate fans in attendance.

Jack Miller and Toprak Razgatlioglu had a much more enjoyable experience in the Malaysian capital than they did in Sepang, given the engine issues Yamaha experienced with their new V4-powered prototype.

The Japanese constructor has a lot to do before the beginning of the final pre-season test in Thailand, with Miller refusing to answer questions about the issues they have faced, and Razgatlioglu sounding disheartened about potentially moving to MotoGP too prematurely.

MotoGP fans think Pramac have the ‘most cheerful’ line-up on the grid

Despite the mishaps in the Yamaha and Pramac garages, Razgatlioglu and Miller took to the streets of Kuala Lumpur with a smile on their faces, and left fans who crammed onto the pavement to catch a glimpse of the MotoGP stars grinning.

As both Pramac riders glided across the tarmac with their feet on the floor and showcased some of their trademark stoppies, fans quickly took to social media to praise the showmen.

The overriding sentiment was that while Pramac aren’t likely to see any podiums this season, at least they have two fan-favourites in their line-up.

One fan on X (formerly Twitter) posted, “They may not be the fastest, but Pramac will definitely be the most cheerful team in MotoGP.”

Another commented underneath a video of them performing their respective stunts, “Toprak and Miller may not even achieve good results, but they will deliver entertainment.”

Fun was the aim of the game, and fun is what fans got, with one avid Grand Prix motorcycle racing fan posting, “Prima Pramac are really bringing the fun to the function this season!”

The teammate dynamic between Razgatlioglu and Miller is one of the most playful on the grid, and it caught one fan’s attention as they wrote, “Toprak’s performance style with Jack Miller has turned that Jalan Ampang road into a proper track already.”

Another echoed the previous sentiment of the silver lining that Pramac have despite their subpar machinery, commenting, “It’s showtime for real now. No matter where Yamaha is, this duo is definitely gonna look great on screen.”

Finally, one fan couldn’t help but applaud the duo for bringing some entertainment, as they wrote, “Holy Pramac boys LMAO, that’s so cool!”

Jack Miller has been helping Toprak Razgatlioglu adapt to MotoGP ahead of his rookie season

Razgatlioglu is one of the most highly anticipated rookies to debut in MotoGP for several years now, given his status as a three-time champion in the World Superbikes category.

However, the Turkish rider was warned about the necessary adaptations he needed to make to succeed in the premier class, and he is now finding out exactly what his peers meant.

Miller has already played down talks of him being Razgatlioglu’s mentor in MotoGP, but has made it clear to the 29-year-old that he will be available to give him advice at any given moment.

The Alanya-born rider is hoping to become the most successful WSBK-MotoGP convert in history, with Cal Crutchlow’s three Grand Prix victories currently standing as the benchmark for him.
