In the high-adrenaline world of Grand Prix motorcycle racing, media duties are usually at the bottom of the list for any rider in terms of their favourite post-race activities.
In the case of the current championship leader, Marc Marquez loves to party with his Ducati team after a race, as seen in the Inside Ducati Lenovo YouTube series this season.
On the other hand, Jack Miller prefers a drink out of his shoe, displayed after his maiden win in the premier class, which came during the 2016 season at the Dutch TT.
On a recent episode of the Paddock Pass Podcast, TNT Sports producer Alannah Fellows was asked who, out of the winless drivers this season, the best rider on the grid is to interview.

Fabio Quartararo is TNT Sports’ favourite rider to talk to after a Grand Prix
The producer settled on Fabio Quartararo as being a personal favourite, saying, “Fabio Quartararo, we like Fabio, for sure. He’s lovely to get on television, so it would be nice to see him back up there.”
Quartararo has struggled with the performance of his Yamaha bike in race trim throughout this season, often overachieving in qualifying, just to go backwards when the lights go out at the start of each race.
The Frenchman has claimed the second-highest number of pole positions this year with four, behind Marquez, who has started at the front of the grid in Grands Prix seven times.
It’s led to Quartararo being perceived as a ‘one-lap’ rider, something he has expressed his annoyance at recently. However, the stats don’t lie; with four poles to his name, the rider has only stood on the podium once so far this season.

Pedro Acosta is also an ‘interesting’ rider to interview
Another rider whom Fellows mentioned was Pedro Acosta. After a standout rookie season in MotoGP with KTM last year, the Spanish rider is yet to claim his maiden win in the premier class, something that the producer is looking forward to.
“Pedro Acosta is a pretty good one,” Fellows said. “He’s good because he gives good lines. He’s a good vibe.

“I had a great meeting with him, we went to Murcia last year with Gavin [Emmett] to do a documentary on him, and that was very interesting.”
Acosta has been in an ongoing feud with Fabio Di Giannantonio in the media since the former was spotted taking pictures in front of a VR46 sponsor wall within the Dutch GP paddock in June, amid rumours of a potential move to the team.
The pair have gone back and forth at each other in different press appearances since, adding to the on-track drama that has been happening throughout the 2025 season.
