Marquez, 33, is a nine-time world champion, with seven of those titles won in MotoGP.
In addition, the Spaniard is currently on 99 wins across all classes, with 73 coming in the premier class.
Marquez made his return to the track last weekend at the Italian Grand Prix following his huge crash at Le Mans.
The seven-time MotoGP world champion produced an impressive weekend as he managed a seventh-place finish.

Marquez is currently 102 points behind Aprilia’s Marco Bezzecchi in the world championship standings. Speaking at Mugello, Marquez stated that it is ‘impossible’ to think about winning the 2026 world title.
As per Spanish news outlet El Periodico, Marquez said: “It’s impossible to think something like that, especially not now, no, no.”
However, the report went on to suggest that ‘no one’ in the MotoGP paddock is ruling Marquez out of the title fight.

What did Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge Martin say about Marc Marquez’s title chances?
Speaking last month, current leader Bezzecchi stated that he would ‘never’ rule Marquez out of the title fight.
As per Crash, the Italian said: “Marc won the championship last year in Japan, five races before the end. So personally, I never rule out Marc from the title.
“Now it’s very early in the championship, so everything can happen, and for sure Marc – when he comes back – will be super hungry for winning. So I think for sure he will fight.”
Bezzecchi’s Aprilia teammate and title rival, Jorge Martin, agreed. He said: “For me also, if somebody has demonstrated that he can go from the lowest to the highest again, it’s Marc.
“So we cannot discount him. I hope he recovers and is back with us very soon.”
The 2026 MotoGP campaign will continue this weekend with the Hungarian Grand Prix, taking place around the Balaton Park Circuit.
