Why would I want to be a sponsor?
In June 08, mid way through the season, MotoGPNews received over 1.1 millions hits and over 10,000 unique visitors. Even by our modest standards that's phenomenal amount of MotoGP fans you could reach.
Aren't adverts ignored?
Yes and no. If you place a section of the screen with adverts that section is then ignored. If you use popup images then the user is instantly annoyed.
The solution, we have found, is to effectively place banner adverts into articles meaning the reader is alerted by your advert but never enraged with frustration.
Furthermore when articles are slyly 'cut and pasted' onto forums (which they are regularly) your advert goes with it.
One advert is shown per article and are rotated on a random basis.
What do I get?
Here's the clever part. You, as a sponsor, will be given your own login page. From that page you'll be able to modify and change your advert as many times as you want so as to keep the reader engaged. Tell a story, give weekly updates, alert readers of offers - it's all possible and very simple to do.
