I guess you have a point there saying He should show up whoever his new teamate will be but I think he should have tried for the tech 3 Yamaha ride instead.
Who knows, he may turn out to be pretty good on a big bike

"a wart on a widow's armpit"
Do you not have any idea how offensive and just plain grossed out those of us who visualize everything find that statement. There's a widow two doors down. I live in Arizona. It's 108F here today. Sleeves are scarce. Armpits, and widows, are not. Now I'm scared to leave the house for fear of throwing up. What next, "Smegma on Studly Spaniard"? Who's leaving, DeAngelis or Elias? WSBK or demoted to Ducati to slum with Stoner, flail like Farmboy, keel like Kallio...?

P.S. I'd kill to see Stoner, Potato Chip Boy and Valuptious all finish outside the top three to De Poon Yay!, Nicky "Eureka! I've found it- finally!" Hayden and Loris "I don't need not steenkin' top end, jus some room to pass" Capriossi. Never happen but it'd be great. Imagine if you will, a DePuniet/Playboy victory. In the land of Dope and Honeys. Man oh man, what a party. And Dykes to boot! In fact, Dykes WITH boots! Heels of course but boots none the less. Buy two race tickets, get free bong

Nice! Wonder how this will play out when he might have to dice with his "friend" Rossi. Ol' #46 will for surely take him to the cleaners, schooling him all along the way. Of course, there'll be only so much room in the paddock for that annoying day-glo yellow. Something's got to give.

Why isn't Samson slated for the soon-to-be-vacated Repsol ride? You know it's gonna happen, Thumbelina. WSB beckons.

You're exactly right, Keggs. But don't forget the "rookie rule". Samson can do his first year with Gresini, then move to the Repsol squad in 2011.

I think this was a pretty good move for him. Had he gone to Yamaha, he'd have a tough time getting onto the factory squad after his rookie year. Besides that, he probably will make more money riding for an Italian team.
